Healthcare Marketing and Sales Director
The Director of Marketing and Sales Development is a professional sales director who provides direction to the Extremity Healthcare Representatives in order to achieve sales goals/quotas as identified with the Senior Management Team.
Develops, with the COO, CFO, CEO, program & departmental goals, strategies and implementations, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Participates in training management and team members regarding the referral, intake and admissions process. Maintains professional and clinical competence. Reviews Extremity Healthcare Representative account profiles and account activities by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, reviewing job contributions; and enforcing policies and procedures.
Qualified candidates must have prior sales/marketing experience.
Proven two to five year’s sales management experience in a health care environment.
